OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Offsite Alliance welcomes all those that wish to help change the way we build. Our members need to be passionate about building our communities and above all, be willing to collaborate to drive the change needed.

MEMBERSHIP TERM
The minimum period of membership is one year. Membership will commence on the first of the month following the payment of the membership fee as agreed. After the Initial Term, this Agreement shall be deemed renewed automatically each year for an additional one-year period (an “Automatic Renewal Term”) unless the Company or the Manager elects not to renew this Agreement in writing giving 30 days’ notice prior to renewal.

MEMBERSHIP REPRESENTATIVE
All member registrations are requested to identify an individual to act as their nominated representative. This is the person who acts as the representative for the organisation.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO ORGANISATION
The Nominated Representative will inform the OA of any changes to its organisation, primarily with regard to contact details and changes to the nominated representative. In addition, in terms of number of employees that will have an effect on its subscription band

FEES
Our annual membership fee allows the OA to continue all our good work each and every year. Payment is through annual membership fees agreed in advance. All membership fees quoted are exclusive of VAT
DECLARATIONS
On behalf of the above company, I apply to become a member of Offsite Alliance and agree to be bound by the annual fee, including the rate of subscription, as agreed in the General Meeting from time to time.
By completing my details above I give my consent for Offsite Alliance to contact me about my membership and for OA to send me their Newsletters and regular Event updates.
