FOR OUR MEMBERS

The Offsite Alliance is shaped by the experience, insight, and priorities of its members. Everything we do is informed by those working across construction, ensuring our work stays relevant, practical, and grounded in real-world delivery.

Since our inception, we have played an active role in influencing policy, supporting collaboration, and helping unlock investment and opportunity across the sector. Our focus is on creating the conditions for better decision-making and stronger outcomes.

Today, we work to unite industry voices, connect expertise, and support collective action on the issues that matter most, from skills and capability to standards, productivity, and delivery at scale.

THE BIG 3

INSIGHT

Promote best practice, shared learning, and practical insight that supports better decision-making and improved outcomes across construction.

We focus on what works in the real world, helping raise standards and capability across the sector.

INFLUENCE

Bring together and represent the collective views of our members, ensuring industry experience helps inform government, policymakers, and key decision-makers.

By coordinating insight from across the sector, we help ensure conversations about construction are grounded in practical delivery and commercial reality.

IMPACT

Turning insight and influence into action by connecting people, businesses, and partners across construction.

Through collaboration, we help break down barriers, support more effective delivery, and create better long-term outcomes for the built environment.

WHY WE DO THIS

The built environment matters. It shapes our homes, communities, and economy, yet the sector faces persistent challenges around productivity, quality, skills, and sustainability.

If we continue to work in the same ways, those challenges will remain. We exist to help change that, by supporting better understanding, stronger collaboration, and more informed decision-making that enables the industry to move forward with confidence.

HOW WE DO THIS

We work alongside industry, policymakers, and partners to connect insight with action.

Through collaboration, shared learning, and informed advocacy, we help improve understanding, support adoption of better practice, and ensure construction is approached as a coordinated process rather than a series of disconnected activities.

Our focus is on practical progress that supports better delivery and long-term impact across the sector.

WITH A BIG VISION...

A transformed construction industry.
We will continue with our work until it becomes an industry with a heart of productivity, innovation, and sustainability. Streamlined in all its processes, loved by the masses, and exciting to the next generation.

... AND MISSION TO DRIVE CHANGE

We’re on a mission to create a NEW era of construction by working together, driving change through the latest innovations and processes and fostering a new generation of industry professionals

Strategic Workgroups... Where insight turns into action

STRATEGIC PARTNERS.

To build a safe and secure and sustainable future for the sector, we need to drive collaboration from supply chain to government.

To ensure we're not duplicating industry efforts, we work in 'Strategic partnership' so that together... we can achieve more!
