FOR OUR MEMBERS
Since our inception we have been instrumental in raising funds, influencing policy and bringing about true collaboration.
Formed in 2019 in a bid to bring the sector together. We tried and tested the need for the Alliance and in July 2020 registered the company as a CIC organisation with a large membership body.
Today, we work to unite the industry by working towards…
OUR AIMS & OBJECTIVES
THE BIG 3
To promote best practice, share innovation and insight and work together to help create better quality housing for the UK in the volumes needed.
To co-ordinate and present the views of the Offsite Alliance to government (national and local) the construction sector, planners, mortgage providers, property lenders, developers and architects.
Bringing the industry together we work with all our partners and members to join the dots, break down barriers and connect people and businesses to ensure we can create sustainable housing and futures for all within our built environment.
WHY WE DO THIS
Borne out of pure frustration that the construction sector remains slow to respond and tackle the acute chronic housing shortfall coupled with the lack of support and understanding of manufactured construction.
Our passion lies in delivering the critical need for affordable, sustainable homes of the future.
HOW WE DO THIS
The Offsite Alliance works alongside leading organisations, industry bodies, the government, local authorities, housing associations and most importantly its members to increase the uptake and delivery of Offsite technologies across the residential sector.
WITH A BIG VISION...
Increase awareness and confidence of offsite, driving a new era of development, growth, and productivity, to enable the delivery of high quality precision engineered homes for the future.
... AND MISSION TO DRIVE CHANGE
We’re on a mission to enable offsite construction, through knowledge sharing, collaborative delivery, signposting to our members, and Advocating for CHANGE!”
Here are a few of our Strategic Workstreams... Where change happens!
To build a safe and secure and sustainable future for the sector, we need to drive collaboration from supply chain to government.
To ensure we're not duplicating industry efforts, we work in 'Strategic partnership' so that together... we can achieve more!
