UKCW WORKSHOP - Before we get to the future, how do we stabilise the present?

The OA in partnership with industry are leading a workshop to explore the potential to solve some of the challenges facing our industry. We have brought together a group of like minded individuals who are passionate about change. 

We regularly speculate on the future of construction; discussing new efficient processes, low carbon materials and other innovative step changes invigorating the industry. While these discussions are critical, do we need to place more focus on the current state of the industry? From skills shortages, planning delays, misplaced risk, and high profile quality issues, what can be done to stabilise our industry?

Leading on from this we hope, to have the foundation to develop an industry wide paper for maximum impact.
