Delivering social housing at pace requires design approaches that actively support efficient, repeatable and scalable delivery.
This event brings together local authorities, housing providers, designers and delivery partners for a roundtable discussion with audience participation, exploring how design-led and industrialised approaches can help accelerate social housing delivery.
Drawing on By Design Group’s extensive experience designing for offsite and modern methods of delivery, the session will focus on how early design decisions, alignment with manufacture and clearer delivery pathways can reduce friction and improve certainty, particularly across the North West.
